/ppbr/ppThe Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Manager supports the commercial development, bidding, procurement, planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requiremebnts.
/b /ppbResponsibililities: /b /pulliProvides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading.
/liliCoordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air).
/liliPrepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
/liliWork closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling.
/liliMonitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
/liliEnsure full compliance with safety, legal,
and operational standards.
/liliMaintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
/liliAssist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure.
/liliSupport management with reports and updates.
/liliAdhere to Safety, Health, and Quality standards of the company.
/liliAwareness of the Business Continuity Plan in place.
/liliContributes to business development initiatives and participates in customer meetings independently or in collaboration with Sales or Management.
/liliAttending the RFQ's, rate requests from customers overseas offices.
/liliProcuring prices from vendors for the RFQ's and rate requests.
/liliOffering quotations for the RFQ's and rate requests.
/liliSupport in preparation of transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
/liliWork closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability and scheduling.
/liliCoordinating with customers and updating daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments(land, sea, or air).
/liliMonitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
/liliSupport customers with reports and updates.
/liliAssisting in customer invoicing, cost booking, and final job closure.
/li /ulpbr/pullibJob Requirements: /b /liliDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
/liliMinimum 8 years working experience with minimum of 5 years' experience in freight forwarding industry /lili1–3 years' experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations /liliKnowledge of HSE standards in logistics /liliGood spoken and written English /li /ul
