There's existing commercial traction (over €1m in sales last year, currently run from outside Italy), and your job is to bri ng it in-house, take ownership of the existing clients, and develop the market across hospitals, wholesalers and pharmacy groups.
/ppYou'll start hands-on as the only person on the ground, build your own go-to-market plan, then hire and lead a sales team.
You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy, backed by a collaborative group structure, portfolio, product and analytics colleagues across Europe who plug into your work.
