/p /brh3About the Role /h3 /brpWe're looking for ab Mechanical Team Lea /bd to lead our Mechanical Engineering team and drive the execution of all mechanical engineering activities across our utility-scale energy storage projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating a multidisciplinary team coveringb Static Equipment, Mechanical Design, Piping Engineering and Pipe Stress Analysi /bs, ensuring that engineering deliverables meet the highest standards of safety, quality, reliability and technical excellence.
/p /brpWorking closely with Process Engineering, Plant Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning teams, you will play a key role in delivering our projects from early engineering through manufacturing, site execution and plant commissioning.
/p /brpThis is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while helping build and develop a growing engineering team.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead,
mentor and coordinate the Mechanical Engineering team, including Static Equipment, Mechanical Design, Piping Design and Stress Analysis disciplines /li /brliPlan and supervise mechanical engineering activities across multiple international EPC projects /li /brliEnsure the timely delivery and technical quality of engineering documentation, calculations, drawings and project deliverables /li /brliReview and approve mechanical designs, equipment calculations and engineering specifications /li /brliSupport the mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping systems and other mechanical equipment /li /brliCoordinate technical interfaces with Process, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Procurement and Construction teams /li /brliPrepare and review technical specifications, datasheets and material requisitions /li /brliLead technical evaluations of suppliers, including RFQs, technical bid evaluations, design reviews and vendor documentation approval /li /brliProvide engineering support during manufacturing, inspections, FATs, construction, commissioning and plant start-up activities /li /brliResolve technical issues arising during project execution and promote continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards /li /br /ul /brh3What We're Looking for /h3 /brul /brliMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
/li /brliAt leabst 8 years of experie /bnce in Mechanical Engineering within EPC, industrial plants, power generation, renewable energy or process industries.
/li /brliPrevious experience leading multidisciplinary mechanical engineering teams.
/li /brliGood knowledge of international design codes and standards, including ASME, PED, API, EN and TEMA.
/li /brliExperience with pressure equipment calculations and engineering software such as PVElite, Compress or similar.
Knowledge of CAESAR II or equivalent pipe stress software is considered a plus.
/li /brliStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
/li /brliHands-on attitude, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
/li /brliAvailability for occasional international travel.
