- ? Lead and contribute to high-level analysis and detailed design activities, including documentation and workshops with business stakeholders (BPOs/BPEs)?
- Deliver configuration activities for SAP SD, MM, and LE modules.
- Prepare and maintain related technical and functional documentation
- Support the development of interfaces/enhancements by coordinating with the delivery team, suppliers, developers, and colleagues
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and business specifications
- Test the future-state business solutions and manage the internal tool (eg. JIRA, Confluence, Share Point. Etcc..) for testing and documentation
- Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, addressing issues and ensuring final sign-off
- Collaborate with the adoption team to create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
- Provide hypercare support and facilitate the transition to Application Management Service (AMS)
- Offer AMS support and resolve specific tickets during hypercare, ensuring a smooth handover
- Work closely with team members, actively contributing to a collaborative and service-oriented environment
- Proactively communicate progress, challenges,



and solutions to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes

Required profile

- Minimum requirements:?
- In depth Knowledge of SD-MM-LE module ( 5+ years of expertise on SAP ERP projects including at least one full lifecycle deployment, preferably within international projects also)
- Proven experience in complex eCommerce projects involving SAP ERP integration?
- Good knowledge of logistics and distribution processes within the Luxury /retail industry (Orders Allocation, Replenishment and Logistics Execution)?
- Solid knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, including experience with SAP FMS, AFS, and retail systems?
- Familiarity with all phases and procedures of traditional waterfall IT projects.?
- Good interpersonal skills / ability to create a relationship with others?
- Good team player with a service-oriented mindset?
- Proactivity and drive for results?
- Flexibility to manage various tasks and multiple projects?
- Italian and English speaker (read, write and speak)
