As a Product Manager II, you will independently own the discovery and delivery of meaningful improvements within a defined product area. You will take responsibility for understanding customer problems, shaping clear hypotheses, and guiding your squad toward solutions that deliver measurable value. Your impact will come from strong ownership, sound judgement, and your ability to turn insight into action while collaborating effectively with Design and Engineering.
Own discovery for your product area, running customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis with increasing independence.
Write clear, structured product briefs and requirements that enable effective design and engineering delivery.
Solid experience working as a Product Manager, with ownership of features from discovery through delivery.
Confidence framing customer problems using both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
Ability to define and track meaningful product metrics, not just activity or output measures.
Experience collaborating within Product, Design, and Engineering trios to deliver customer value.
Openness to feedback and continuous improvement, with growing confidence in your product judgement.
