Joining our Customer Service Credit & Risk Team, you will play a key role in supporting customer account management. Managing all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e-mail with high quality assistance level
Processing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding)
Maintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM
Monitoring the payments flow
Performing the Cash Collection activity
Bachelor's degree
Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
Familiar with MS office
Strong customer orientation
Good team player
Italian fluency written and spoken (mandatory)
Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
This position can be full-time or tempo parziale (min. 30h/week).
