IPMA Level C, PMP/PMI or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. /liliExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, engage customers and suppliers, and communicate effectively with senior management. /liliA customer‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset, combined with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure and manage competing priorities. /liliFluent Italian and English and willingness to travel approximately up to 40%, primarily within Italy. German or Spanish is a plus. /liliGood knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project. An electrical background, particularly knowledge of drives and DC switchboards, is considered a plus.
