Agilité is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Milan team, delivering high‐end commercial interiors and fit‐out projects across Italy and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‐construction through to handover.È pronto/a a candidarsi? The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments.This role is well suited to an organised, methodical, and self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative project environment.Reporting directly to the Country Head, the Senior Project Manager is fully accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives.Working with Agilité:Agilité is a pan-European commercial interiors and fit-out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. Agilité breathes new life into spaces for world-leading brands, and it's the people behind the projects, and the processes underpinning the people which make us different – that, and our B Corp certification.Key Responsibilities.Pre‐construction and tender involvement.Intervene early in the pre‐construction phase, assessing feasibility and delivery strategyAnalyse tender responses and documentation, working closely with the cost estimatorMake delivery and methodology recommendations aligned with cost, time and riskExplore design and material alternatives with the design office to meet client expectations and improve profitabilityIntegrate health, safety and environmental considerations into tender responsesContribute to budget proposals, feasibility studies and updated project submissionsProject delivery and site management.Take full ownership of fit‐out projects from mobilisation to handover and OPRSelect subcontractors, lead negotiations, and manage procurement and planningEnsure quality, cost and programme targets are consistently achievedReview drawings and schedules, contributing where required to improve buildabilityMonitor daily site progress, anticipating challenges and maintaining momentumMobilise required technical experts and coordinate interventionsManage all aspects of works contracts, including technical, administrative and financial elementsFinancial and contractual control.Oversee financial and contractual management to ensure smooth project deliveryMaintain cost control, forecasting and variation managementManage contractual correspondence,



claims and commercial riskEnsure delivery on time and within the agreed budgetClient and stakeholder management.Act as Agilité's primary on‐site representative and main point of contactCoordinate effectively between technical teams, control office, clients, consultants and subcontractorsOrganise and lead site meetings and progress meetingsPrepare and follow up on project documentation and reportingBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with all key stakeholdersHealth, safety, quality and environment.Apply HQSE regulations across all project activitiesComply with company health and safety policy and ISO accreditationsEnsure subcontractors meet all safety, health and environmental requirementsEmbed health and safety considerations throughout planning and executionProcess management and reporting.Communicate relevant project information clearly and promptly to teamsAnalyse and support production processes to maintain efficiency and qualityMonitor and report against key performance indicatorsContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processesLeadership and people development.Identify team strengths and development needsSupport training plans and capability developmentConduct regular assessments and contribute to performance managementPromote a collaborative, accountable and delivery‐focused cultureQualifications.Minimum 10 years' proven experience in a demanding construction or fit‐out environmentExperience within the construction sector, ideally with a recognised general contractorProven delivery of office, retail or hospitality fit‐out projects. Experience delivering complex office fit-out projects for banking or financial services clients would be highly desirable.Highly operational, responsive and adaptable approachStrong commercial awareness and contractual understandingEstablished relationships within the local marketExcellent communication skills and strong business acumenAbility to represent the company at senior client levelResilience, motivation, determination and natural enthusiasmStrong alignment with Agilité's values and delivery standardsFluency in Italian and English. xysqume Compensation & Benefits (Italy)Salary Range € 55,000 - 75,000Annual bonusProject BonusMeal Vouchers and sport allowanceRemote working up to two days per weekTeam building event per quarterAnnual ski trip and company social eventsEnergetic and dynamic work environment.
