We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. /ppstrongJob Description: /strong /ppEnfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA’s, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals. This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts inclusive of all contracts exhibits while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliEnsure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Enfinity Global’s EPC department. /liliContract negotiations and buyout.
