We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join a web development project, with the majority of the work focused on backend development.

The ideal candidate will be a highly independent developer who can take ownership of tasks while collaborating closely with the Project Lead and an experienced Web Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications, with a strong focus on backend development.

Work across the full stack when required.

Build and maintain integrations, APIs and CMS-based solutions.

Contribute to iOS and Android applications using React Native.

Follow secure, scalable and maintainable development practices.

Use Git and CI/CD workflows effectively.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high code quality and engineering standards.





Work independently and communicate effectively through Slack.

PHP, Python, Laravel, Symfony

MySQL, Apache

Next.js, TypeScript

Docker

React Native for iOS and Android

Git & CI/CD

Strong understanding of security-by-design

Experience working effectively with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Italian language required

Engagement

Fully remote

Part-time freelance / contractor

Initially around 4 hours per day, with the workload expected to decrease over time.

Workload may vary significantly, with periods of high activity and periods of little or no work.

No fixed working hours or fixed monthly salary.

Compensation is based on the actual work performed.

The candidate must be able to invoice the company and therefore hold a valid Italian or EU VAT number. xpavfwm
