You will join us in our store in Florence as a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours) , reporting directly to Store Management.

Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.




Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
Fluency in Italian, Arabic and English is essential ; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
