The Work Model For The Role Is
This role is contributing to the Motion Business High Power Division, Bangalore, India, Spain, Poland, Italy and Finland.
Develop and maintain competitor tools and frameworks for comprehensive market benchmarking.
Lead market research projects and contribute to competitive intelligence initiatives that inform business strategy.
Design and implement competitor newsletters to support ongoing market monitoring and stakeholder awareness .
Update and maintain product release roadmaps in alignment with Business Line priorities and evolving market trends.
Collect, consolidate, and visualize market data through development of dashboards and analytics tools.
Support the creation and management of a centralized repository for business intelligence and market insights across Division teams.
Pursuing MBA (2027 Pass out) or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, Market Research, or related field
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience with market research methodologies and tools
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
