A key player in major international strategic programmes, Leonardo is a trusted technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defence Administrations, Institutions and businesses. /p pWithin the Manufacturing Engineering Cascina Costa – Methods, we are looking for a Manufacturing Methodist to join our site in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDetermine and implement the most appropriate methods to support and optimize the product industrialization process for assemblies. /li liIdentify production workflows and define the sequence of manufacturing activities to optimize production efficiency and on-time delivery. /li liIdentify and require a list of special tools necessary to realize the product, collaborating with the designer to its realization. /li liDefine, prepare and keep updated the Bill of Material (BOM) with all parts, materials and consumables necessary to produce assemblies and subassemblies. /li liDefine, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for production processes to ensure manufacturing operations are effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. /li liThe candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documentation (manufacturing methods and work instructions)



in descriptive and graphical form in compliance with project technical documentation and applicable regulations and specifications. This documentation will provide production operators, within their area of responsibility, with clear instructions for activities including the manufacture of parts, subassemblies and assemblies, product assembly, and helicopter functional testing. /li liThe Manufacturing Methodist will also support the Production team by providing technical guidance within their area of expertise, clarifying and continuously improving issued work instructions, and assisting in the resolution of non-conformities identified during manufacturing activities. /li liWhen required, the role may also involve supporting the definition and preparation of the documentation required to perform First Article Inspection (FAI). /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a technical high school diploma combined with relevant equivalent work experience; /li liSeniority: junior 1–3 years of experience; /li liTechnical skills and competencies: ul liGood knowledge of engineering drawings /li liGood knowledge of the main mechanical components of a power transmission system /li /ul /li liSoft skills: Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /li liProactive attitude /li liLanguage skills: Intermediate command of the English language (B1 level); /li liDigital skills:
