ph3About the Role: /h3 pWe are currently looking for passionate Engineering Graduates for our positions as Shift Maintenance Leader based in our plants in bAlba Plant! /b This will be the starting point of an exciting career in our dynamic and challenging bOperations function /b, that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for a bbrilliant path in Ferrero /b! /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 pAs a bShift Maintenance Leader /b at bFerrero /b, you will manage various activities in the areas of bMaintenance /b, bIntervention Planning and Human Resources Management /b, reporting to the Maintenance Production Unit Manager.br/ Covering this position, you will coordinate bshifts maintenance teams /b, support interventions and collaborate in the realization of new projects.br/ You will be responsible for defining, organizing and managing the realization of bperiodical revision programs /b, bordinary, extraordinary and soft interventions /b, while optimizing relative costs in order to achieve production results, both in qualitative and quantitative terms.br/ You will be responsible for the bpredictive maintenance scheduling /b and evaluating on-call requests and prioritising them, as well as ensuring the correct application of bsafety standards and safe behaviour /b.br/ You will also be in charge of the budgeting activity, identifying all indications related to resource needs (personnel, spare parts, external service companies). /p h3About You: /h3 pYou will bring your university Master's Degree background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics)



and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other bManufacturing companies /b.br/ You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of bmaintenance processes /b and binterpersonal and management skills /b.br/ Your desire for binternational mobility /b will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.br/ As a good communicator, your bfluency in both Italian and English /b will be key to gain a wide intercultural competence.br/ As a focal point in the maintenance process, byou will work on shifts /b. /p h3What We Offer: /h3 pThe role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
