Imagine leading a team that plays a crucial role in delivering innovative energy solutions that power the future! /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 pLead and coordinate the test department's operations, planning and implementing power transformer tests to meet company goals and regulations. /p pManage logistics for testing, including equipment certification, maintenance, upgrades, and procurement of new tools. /p pEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, delivering timely and accurate transformer tests. /p pAnalyze test issues, conduct investigations, collaborate with engineering, and report findings to management. /p pDrive continuous improvement and digitalization of the Test Field, proactively managing investment plans and maintenance. /p h3What You Bring /h3 ul liAcademic background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liSignificant professional experience (8+ years) in testing high-voltage electrical equipment, especially power transformers. /li liYou possess proven expertise in product testing within heavy electrical manufacturing environments, including circuit breakers, bushings,
