Thanks to his/her strong technical knowledge, he/she defines and promotes projects for continuous improvement of methods and technologies installed in the Frames production plant. /p pMFG Engineer’s – Methods Technology main goals are analyzing production processes and activating projects aimed to optimize performances, in terms of capability, OEE, quality, level of service. He/She defines and implement proper actions to address technical issues and is focused on standardization of activities. He/She supports the introduction of new products and collaborates with the Automation dept. to identify critical needs of the process to be addressed. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liProvides technical support, direction, and guidance on improvement of technologies, processes, and equipment reliability to support capacity, capability, and improvements to deliver service and quality results. He/She strives for problem solving. /li liProvides support in organizing and managing manufacturing workflows and resources.



/li liProposes upgrade to systems and processes with new technology or materials. /li liProvides technical support for day-to-day manufacturing and translates technical knowledge to functional groups and training requirements. /li liLeverages the use of lean tools and six sigma approach to improve overall machine performance. /li liGives support for new equipment characteristics definition, introduction and ramp up. /li liProvides guidance to support standardization of processes and materials across shifts, plants, regions and managing also international benchmark programs. /li liPartners with Quality dept. to develop quality control plans required to sustain operations and deliver product results. /li liDevelops and directs procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. /li liCollaborates with other departments, contractors and suppliers. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience (4-5 years) in a technical role in manufacturing plants where processes are both automated and manual. Knowledge of machines architecture will be a plus. /li liGood knowledge of technological processes, for plastic and metal materials. /li liMethod (lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools,
