We invest in high-quality projects that support the clean energy transition and long-term value creation. /ph3Role Overview /h3pWe are looking for a motivated bCorporate Fund Services Specialist /bto support fund operations, investor administration, governance, reporting oversight and service provider coordination. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pThe role will include: /pulliSupporting capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and investor onboarding/KYC. /liliMaintaining investor records, fund registers and governance documentation. /liliCoordinating board materials, filings and corporate administration processes. /liliManaging relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers, legal counsel and other service providers. /liliSupporting financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and cash flow monitoring. /liliAssisting with transactions, new fund launches and process improvements. /li /ulh3Skills Experience /h3pWe are looking for someone with: /pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. /lili3-5 years’ experience in fund administration, fund operations, corporate services or financial services. /liliStrong organisation,
