The role involves managing complex financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience,



including at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial audits.
