Your Mission Drive LONGi Europe C&I; energy storage business by developing customers and channel partners, managing sales opportunities, and closing BESS C&I; projects. This role requires both strong sales capability and solid technical understanding of energy storage systems.

About the Role

This role involves developing BESS C&I; sales opportunities and achieving regional sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Develop BESS C&I; sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I; customers.
- Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
- Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
- Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
- Provide market,



customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
- Experience in C&I; BESS sales is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
- Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Required Skills

- Good technical understanding of BESS, including battery, PCS, BMS and EMS.
- Strong sales and commercial negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of distribution and channel sales.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Willing to travel within the region.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in C&I; BESS sales is strongly preferred.
