Your Responsibilities

- Support supplier selection and evaluation by collecting data and preparing quality-related documentation

- Collaborate during supplier audits, process approvals, and follow-up activities

- Assist with initial sample inspections (PPAP) and support the correct progression of approval activities

- Provide support in handling supplier claims, monitoring their status until final resolution

- Coordinate operational activities such as sorting or firewalls, ensuring clear communication with Production and Incoming Quality

- Contribute to the implementation of supplier quality improvement programs, focusing on process stability and delivery quality

- Support product development teams with supplier-related quality topics

Your Qualifications & Skills

- Completed technical high school or a degree with focus on electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar

- Strong interest in quality, production processes, and continuous improvement

- Initial experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management is a plus but not mandatory

- Basic understanding of quality tools (e.g., 8D, SPC, process controls) and willingness to develop further skills

- Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts (5S, PDCA) and risk management tools (FMEA) is an advantage

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Fluency in Italian and English; German language skills are considered a plus

- Total compensation starting from €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
