Introduced in 1983, Ralph Lauren Home has become synonymous with an all-encompassing lifestyle approach to interiors, with a collection including furniture, lighting, floor coverings, fabric, wallcovering, tabletop, decorative accessories, bed and bath linens. /ph3About the Role /h3pThe Sales Associate will support the Sales Team for providing customers with all the requested information and advise them concerning acquisitions by ensuring an outstanding sales experience. The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling. /liliSupport the Store Manager in organizing events and promotional activities to target. /liliMeet and greet customers that come into the Showroom, providing outstanding level of hospitality. /liliEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. /liliActively listen to and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer’s needs, and ensure their decisions. /liliMaintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers. /liliActively promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities with product combinations and solutions aligned with the Ralph Lauren Home aesthetic and lifestyle /liliDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling activities and post-sale follow-up. /liliContribute to the growth and accurate profiling of the customer database through effective CRM management. /liliProvide detailed product information,



including materials, finishes, features, usage guidelines, and maintenance requirements. /liliIdentify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions. /liliManage sales activities, including quotations, orders, payments, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. /liliMaintain excellent store conditions and high visual merchandising standards, ensuring that products and displays are always presented in an impeccable manner. /liliMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard, outstanding inventory and store goods. /liliCheck all products to see if they are not damaged. /liliUse the company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM). /liliPrepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information. /liliProvide support to the Store Manager in implementing programs and execute operational and organizational objectives. /li /ulh3Experience and Education /h3ulliPrevious experience (2-3 years) in high-end furniture or luxury good Industry will be appreciated; years of experience in luxury retail, luxury interiors, furniture, home décor, design or lifestyle brands. /liliProven sales track record and strong commercial awareness /liliExperience working with private clients. /liliStrong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, textiles, accessories and interior decoration is preferred. /liliBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design,



Business or related field will be favorably considered. /li /ulh3Technical and Soft skills /h3ulliStrong sensitivity to luxury, interiors, aesthetics and client experience. /liliStrong analytical skills and good knowledge of retail KPIs. /liliOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong customer service orientation and clienteling mindset. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliResponsibility, reliability and proactive attitude. /liliPositive and enthusiastic team player; /liliAttitude to problem solving and oriented to achieve the goals; /liliFluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. /liliExcellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM tools. /li /ulh3Why Join Us /h3pThis is a unique opportunity to be part of the opening of the first Ralph Lauren Home flagship store in Milan, representing one of the most iconic luxury lifestyle brands in the world and contributing to the growth of its Home business in partnership with Luxury Living part of Haworth Lifestyle Group. /ppWork location: Milan /ppWorking hours: tempo pieno, 40 hours/week from Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM. /ppType of contract: open-ended contract. /ppSalary Range: RAL € 27.237 – € 39.000 € + Commission /ppTicket Restaurants: 1 for every working day /ppCCNL: Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi /ppThe salary range stated in this job advertisement reflects an estimated average range for the position.
