You will leverage knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others and you will be aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development /li liAct as primary interface between suppliers and GE Avio Aero for any quality issues /li liCollaborate with Sourcing and Engineering, Manufacturing to eliminate roadblocks and barrier /li liDevelop compliance solutions to complex problems. /li liLead RCCA process /li liApprove supplier selection through robust qualification processes and part qualification /li liEnsure quality requirements,
including technical regulation and standards by owning the surveillance and perform quality audits /li liProactive monitoring of the performance of suppliers to ensure that they remain in a state of control /li liLeading the effort to drive improvement and for the development assessment of quality metrics, KPIs and reports associated with suppliers /li liSuppliers' Quality Plan implementation /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Mechanics or Materials/Chemical engineering with metallurgical orientation /li liPrevious experience in the same role in automotive or aerospace companies /li liExperience with forging and casting process /li liAbility to read fluently technical drawing and regulations /li liBasic knowledge of Quality tools /li liDeep knowledge of APQP /li liBase knowledge of measurement method and inspection technique /li liFluency in English and Italian /li liAvailability to frequent travel, EU and extra EU /li liWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liAbility to work in a global environment /li liLeadership with suppliers duties /li liStrong oral and written communication skills /li liInterpersonal and teamwork skills /li liMultitask approach /liliStrong problem solver /li liFocused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed /li liHumble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pAt Avio Aero, people power our progress.
