After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story. /p h3Your seat to fill: /h3 ul liLead the full apparel product lifecycle—from concept, range planning, and briefing through design, development, and finalization /li liTranslate market insights, trend analysis, and consumer needs into clear product strategies and briefs /li liPartner closely with Design, Development, and Sourcing to ensure product quality, cost targets, and margin objectives are achieved /li liMonitor line architecture and product performance to ensure consistency with brand positioning and business goals /li liManage complex, cross-functional product creation calendars and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope /li liIdentify risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project momentum /li liFacilitate effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders, including design, sourcing, marketing, and operations /li liLead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for assigned product categories, ensuring readiness across all teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) /li liDefine launch strategies, timelines, and critical paths to ensure flawless product introduction /li liCollaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure cohesive storytelling, pricing,



and assortment strategies /li liEvaluate post-launch performance and derive insights for continuous improvement /li /ul h3Your stroll to CYBEX: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, or related field /li liSeveral years of professional experience in apparel product management or a related field within the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industry /li liProven track record of managing the product creation process from concept to market, including building processes and routines from scratch /li liStrong project management skills, including experience with cross-functional stakeholder alignment and timeline management /li liDeep understanding of Go-to-Market processes and the interdependencies between product, marketing, and sales functions /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills /li liProficiency in PLM systems, Excel, and presentation tools; experience with data-driven decision-making is a plus /li liFluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus /li /ul pCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
