ExperiencedSAP S/4 HANA O2 C Consultantto join AMS Support team in Italy. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, change request implementation, and continuous process improvements for the Order-to-Cash business processes within SAP S/4 HANA. The role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Support Activities

Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.

Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

Support business users during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.

Monitor application performance and proactively identify process improvements.

Functional Expertise

Manage end-to-end O2 C processes including:

Customer Master Data

Inquiry and Quotation Management

Sales Order Processing

Pricing & Discounts

Availability Check (ATP)

Delivery Processing

Transportation & Shipping

Billing and Invoicing

Returns Management

Credit Management

Intercompany Sales

Support integration with MM,



FI & WM systems.

Configure and maintain SAP SD/O2 C functionalities in S/4 HANA.

Change & Enhancement Management

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Prepare Functional Specifications for developments and enhancements.

Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Coordinate transport management and production deployments.

Support SAP release upgrades and system enhancements.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with local and global business teams.

Conduct user training sessions and prepare support documentation.

Participate in governance meetings and provide status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of SAP SD/O2 C consulting experience.

Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience.

Strong knowledge of

Sales Order Management

Pricing Procedures

Delivery & Shipping

Billing & Invoicing

Credit Management

Returns Processing

Customer Master Data

Experience in AMS/Support projects.

Strong issue-resolution capabilities.

Experience with Service Now, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.

Knowledge of integration with FI, MM, and WM.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Fiori applications.

Understanding of IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and APIs.

Exposure to SAP GTS.

SAP S/4 HANA certification is desirable.
