Support strategic customer engagements, maintain critical product and cost data, and continuously improve the tools and workflows that power our quoting capabilities. /ppbr / /ppuResponsibilities /u: /pp1. strongQuotation Bid Support: /strong /ppo Prepare and support commercial offers and bids using internal pricing tools, ensuring completeness and accuracy of quotes. /ppo Collect and validate the technical and cost data required for quotations. /ppo Track and analyse quotation outcomes to improve future win rates and process performance. /ppo Product Data Documentation:- Ensure every quoted/invoiced product has a complete and accurate BOM and technical registry. /ppo Support the classification of product families to speed up the quotation process. /ppo Maintain updated unit cost information and calculate contribution margins where needed. /ppo Create and review data sheets and supporting drawings (CAD). /ppo Keep the Pricing Tool updated and support defining and implementing pricing tools for high-impact business cases. /ppo Tools Process Support:- Act as key user for pricing tools and ERP systems during quotation phases. /ppo Support the implementation and improvement of pricing and quoting tools for high-impact use cases. /ppstrongo /strongMaintain internal databases and ensure correct technical archiving of quotation-related materials. /ppo Ensure that all products quoted and invoiced have a corresponding BOM and complete registry. /ppo Support the updating of unit costs and the calculation of the contribution margin of products. /ppo Support the definition of product families to speed up the quotation process. /pp2. strongReporting KPI Monitoring: /strong /ppo Update reports and monitor KPIs related to bid success rates, lead times and quotation efficiency. /ppo Track planning changes impacting quotation timelines. /ppo Support automation of the quoting process and recording commercial outcomes of quotes to implement necessary corrective actions. /ppstrong3.
