As part of a fixed-term contract of 1 year, you will join our Sales Back Office team in Italy and be responsible for the following tasks: Preparing, processing, and monitoring quotations, orders, and deliveries in compliance with the established Sales Administration procedures.

Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests. Providing support to customers and distributors. Opening, monitoring, and filing customer records. Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of customer account follow-up.





You have initial significant experience in a similar position. You have already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce and SAP) We feel supported. Vusion is a place where people feel safe, happy, and respected.
