ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliPrivacy Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, draft privacy policies/DPAs, support DPIAs, handle data subject requests, and assist with Legislative Decree 231/2001 frameworks, Supervisory Bodies (OdV), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, and internal audits. /liliContract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, DPAs) ensuring legal alignment; maintain template archives and contract lifecycles. /liliLegal Support: Monitor legislative updates, draft internal compliance guidelines, and provide operational support to the Legal team. /li /ulpbWho We’re Looking For /b /pulliEducation: Degree in Law. /liliExperience: 5+ years in Legal/Compliance/Contract Management, including 1+ year dedicated to Compliance. /liliCore Skills: Solid knowledge of GDPR, AML frameworks,
