You will be based in Flumignano di Talmassons(UD), Italy or in Limana (BL). /ph3Mission of the role /h3pThe Plant Controller is a key leader on the Plant Leadership Team. Contributes to all areas of plant management and provide strong financial leadership. /ppThe Plant Controller is responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The incumbent will provide financial direction to the plant and provide recommendations to improve site performance. /ppThe position therefore involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support effective decision-making. /ph3The main activities will be /h3ulliImplement and maintain the set of KPI necessary to properly monitor the economic and financial performance of the organization. /liliCalculate the product cost and regularly measure deviations of actuals vs standards both for materials and value added. /liliCoordinate the yearly costing update process in order to revise standard costs of both manufactured and purchased items. /liliCoordinate the yearly budget process, as well as the quarterly forecast update. /liliDefine and monitor the manufacturing hourly rates. /liliProvide management with monthly analysis of sales gross margins. /liliProvide management with monthly analysis of the cost of good sold, including variances (both for value added and materials purchasing prices) /liliEvaluate month end stock both at standard cost and actual. /liliPrepare and join the monthly performance review of the site. /liliPrepare and discuss cost benefit analysis for CapEx opportunities or Project opportunities. /liliSupport the finance organization with internal and external auditors for your area of responsibility. /liliJoin project teams to provide the finance perspective and promote financial awareness across the organization.
