ABOUT THE ROLE:
Job purpose

In line with First Stop Europe’s marketing transformation and franchise excellence agenda,



the Business Marketing Manager Retail EMEA South is responsible for coordinating and driving the execution of the marketing strategy across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Switzerland.

The role serves as the key regional coordination hub between local markets and suppliers, the central marketing agency, central EMEA marketing functions, and the Head of Franchise Excellence. By ensuring strong collaboration, structured execution, and consistent deployment of centralized marketing initiatives adapted to local needs, the role directly supports franchisee growth, network performance, and the overall First Stop value proposition.

In addition, the role leads and coordinates the regional marketing resources across the countries in scope.
