Position:
At Loro Piana, we are looking for a committed HR Manager who will be responsible for all the HR practices and processes for our Retail and Wholesale departments. In this role, you'll coach managers to improve workforce performance and support them in talent, engagement, efficiency, and change. You will be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals, guaranteeing the most effective deployment from HR to all the Regions.
- Drive a 360-approach in management people, spreading empowerment culture, identifying strengths,



and coaching talents across the organization whilst implementing development and performance improvement
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Monitor the HC budget and define forecasting needs. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration Team
