Purpose of the Role

Marioffis a global leader in the manufacturing of water mist fire protection systems.

The selected candidate, joining the LAND Projects team, will be responsible for the technical and design aspects of the assigned projects.

Requirements

Education and Experience

At least 3 years of experience in companies operating in the mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems sector

Technical diplomaExperience in similar roles, including:

2 D/3 D design using Auto CAD





Technical and documentation management

Material procurement management

Site activity managementPersonal Skills

Good command of English (minimum level B1 or higher)

Proven experience using 2 D and 3 D design software, preferably Auto CAD

Driving license (Category B)

Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to mediate technical issues

Willingness to travel, mainly within Italy, including multi-day trips

Proactive mindset and ability to manage tasks independently

Continuous improvement attitudeAdditional Valuable Qualifications

Previous experience in fire protection companies

Knowledge and use of Auto CAD Revit

Degree in EngineeringResponsibilities

2 D/3 D design of Marioff water mist fire protection systems

Development and design of fire protection systems, ensuring effective solutions compliant with standards

Independent preparation and management of all technical, design, and approval documentation

Management and monitoring of material orders for system implementation

Site activity management

Support to the Project Manager in project financial management

Technical, organizational, and operational support to site personnel
