Today we are looking for _a Brand Manager_ who joins the Marketing and Customer Innovation function, to share with Brand and Advertising team the challenge and responsibility of crafting Costa brand appreciation and improving brand reputation, leveraging on insights and focused on strategy to attract customers and prospects. We’re looking for mix of creative talent, strategic mindset and passionate team leader, with experience in implementing complex communication projects and/or event.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
