HalfPrice is an off-price retail chain belonging to the CCC Group. We offer a wide range of global brands at exceptional prices, including clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys, furniture, and home accessories.

In just four years, we have opened over 200 stores, employ more than 5,800 #GreatPeople, and are present in 15 markets, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Austria. We are now expanding our offer and opening new stores in Italy.

Responsibilities

- Support and coordinate investment projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and support the revision of scope, schedules, and budgets when necessary.
- Assist with technical and site supervision, including conducting building condition surveys.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant client stakeholders and provide day-to-day communication regarding project status and changes.
- Cooperate closely with local and international project teams.
- Support the review and approval process for subcontracts and purchase orders for engineering services, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Prepare regular project reports for the direct superior and headquarters.
- Participate in meetings with contractors and support negotiations regarding terms of cooperation.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and project team members on all matters related to assigned projects.
- Monitor construction and fit-out works and support the management of change requests.
- Assist senior project managers with project documentation, cost control, planning, and risk management.

Our expectations




- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in investment projects, construction, fit-out, property, engineering, project coordination, or a similar position.
- Basic experience with budget and cost management.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Availability to travel, including within Italy and occasionally abroad.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- A technical, construction, engineering, architecture, or project-management background will be an advantage.
