In this role, you will support the procurement of indirect materials, services, and facility-related investments, helping to ensure operational excellence, cost effectiveness, supplier performance, and continuous improvement across the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders and supplier partners, you will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that support business objectives while fostering collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
Collaborate with sourcing and category management teams to support supplier selection, sourcing activities, and procurement initiatives.
Oversee the lifecycle of purchase orders, including updates, revisions, and contract adjustments when needed.
Support supplier onboarding processes and ensure compliance with corporate requirements and due diligence standards.
Partner with Maintenance, Facilities, Accounting,



and other functions to ensure effective execution of projects and services.
Assist in the preparation and management of supplier agreements, contracts, blanket orders, and related documentation.
Collaborate across teams to resolve operational, quality, delivery, or invoicing challenges.
Analyze procurement data and contribute to reporting activities that support informed business decisions.
Conduct occasional supplier visits to support project execution, strengthen partnerships, and ensure service quality.

Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, facilities, or a related operational environment.
