Role Description The Italy Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Italian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and student acquisition, managing relationships with corporate and individual clients,



and coordinating delivery of Lingua Learn’s courses using the provided e-commerce platform and CRM. The partner will work closely with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to align operations with brand standards, implement training and quality processes, and use data insights to drive growth.

Additional tasks include recruiting and coordinating teachers as needed, adapting offerings to local market needs, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience that supports long-term retention and revenue.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging learners, corporate clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate local market opportunities and optimize franchise performance.
- Experience in Training, coaching, or education management to support teacher onboarding and learner success.
- Background in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in education or e-learning.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with online platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Prior experience in franchising, entrepreneurship, or running a small business is highly beneficial.
