Responsibilities
- Develop the relationship and grow the contract : manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy;
- Act as the main liaison between clients and Odoo’s internal Business Analysts , ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and their translation into effective solutions.
- Increase customers’ adoption of Odoo by supporting existing clients, showcasing new apps, features, and updates, and proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities ali
