Gestioni Armatoriali Srl, a Company specialized in the technical management of Oil & Chemical Tankers, is seeking a human resource to join its Technical Department based in Ravenna (Italy).
This position is tailored for Chief Engineers, First, Second Engineerslooking to transition to a shore-based career within an established ship management and shipowning company.
This role offers a concrete opportunity to transfer your onboard expertise into a shore-based technical career. Prior experience in a shore-based ship management office is not required, as the successful candidate will undergo a structured onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth program.




The resource will be integrated into the company’s technical department team and supported in developing the necessary skills to progressively take on the full responsibilities of a Technical Superintendent.
Requirements:
- Seafarer's experience on board Oil/Chemical Tankers in the rank of Chief Engineer, First Engineer, or Second Engineer.
- Possession of valid STCW certifications, fully compliant and endorsed for sea service.

Job Location:
Ravenna (RA), Italy, with readiness to travel to fleet vessels as required.
