We are looking for an experienced GARDENER (m/f/d) for our luxury hideaway Borgo SAN SONNEA on Lake Garda, who will maintain and shape our hotel garden and outdoor areas to the highest standards with passion, a strong sense of aesthetics and professional expertise. This responsible position offers a high degree of independence and creative freedom for someone who creates unique spaces of wellbeing with great attention to detail.

Your Tasks

- Care for and maintain our gardens, lawns, pathways and all outdoor areas
- Ensure professional irrigation and sustainable care of lawns, flower beds and plants
- Prune and maintain hedges, shrubs and trees and carry out seasonal planting
- Create and continuously develop green areas, flower beds and planting schemes
- Ensure the careful and professional use of fertilisers and plant protection products
- Support general maintenance, technical and hands-on tasks around the property
- Maintain and ensure the proper use of work equipment, machinery and tools
- Provide shuttle services for our guests, particularly for arrivals and departures
- Flexibly support the team with various operational tasks in the daily running of the property

Your Profile

- Professional experience as a gardener, farmer or in a comparable role within gardening, landscaping or agriculture




- Ideally, additional experience as a maintenance employee or in a comparable hands-on technical role
- Valid Category B driving licence is essential, as well as confidence and responsibility when driving vehicles
- Strong practical skills and technical understanding
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks around the property in addition to gardening
- Reliability, team spirit and a strong hands-on mentality
- Good command of German, Italian or English
