We are looking for a Food Runner who thrives in the energy of a busy restaurant and enjoys being part of a team that makes great service happen. Connecting the kitchen and the service team, you ensure every dish reaches the right table at the right time — helping create a smooth, seamless, and memorable experience for every guest.

Tasks

- Preparing and setting tables and completing the full mise en place according to AMA Stay standards

- Supporting the Chef de Rang throughout the service and following their instructions

- Clearing and resetting tables for the next service, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and cutlery are handled efficiently and professionally.

- Informing the service team of any dishes, items, or beverages that are unavailable or delayed by the kitchen





- Communicating relevant events during service and any guest requests requiring special attention to the Chef de Rang

- Supporting smooth and effective communication between the kitchen and service teams

- Cleaning and sanitising the workstation and equipment in accordance with company standards and legal requirements

Requirements

- No previous experience or diploma required

- Languages: Italian and English; German is an advantage

- Strong communication skills

- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn

- Problem-solving mentality

- Empathy, integrity, and strong team spirit
