As the principal contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and email channels. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Address incoming inquiries in fluent Italian via telephone, email, and live messaging with a polite, professional, and helpful tone.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer issues, pinpoint the root causes of difficulties, and provide prompt, customized solutions.
- Documentation: Record all case details, account updates, and troubleshooting steps accurately within our central CRM database.
- Performance Targets: Consistently hit essential operational benchmarks, including CSAT scores, First Contact Resolution, and Average Handle Time standards.
- Continuous Learning: Attend regular development programs to stay up to date on platform updates, company guidelines, and operational best practices.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian, paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.
- Flexibility: Full adaptability to work rotating shift rosters operating across a 24/7 schedule.
- Work Location: Full-time, on-site daily presence required at our modern Lisbon facility.
- Work Eligibility:



Valid EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Compensation Options

- Option A: Local Contract (For Local Applicants)
- Gross Monthly Pay: €1,262.33 (distributed across 12 months)
- Housing Setup: Self-arranged private accommodation
- Best Suited For: Candidates already living in Lisbon or managing their housing arrangements independently

- Option B: Relocation Contract (For Candidates Relocating to Lisbon)

- Gross Monthly Pay: €1,059.00 (distributed across 12 months)
- Housing Provided: Private bedroom in a shared company flat with basic utility expenses fully paid
- Travel Support: Full reimbursement for inbound flight expenses after trial period completion, plus airport pickup service
