Position Overview

Ready for a career shift in Portugal? Our Lisbon branch is expanding its multicultural team with Italian-speaking customer support agents. In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, answering inquiries across phone, email, and live messaging channels. We want resourceful problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative office setting.

Core Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Address incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat requests from Italian-speaking users in a courteous, professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Evaluate customer concerns, isolate root causes, and provide accurate, tailored answers.
- Information Recording: Maintain detailed records of client conversations, ticket statuses, and resolutions inside our CRM database.
- Target Achievement: Meticulously hit target operational metrics, including CSAT, FCR, and AHT benchmarks.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in routine training programs to remain current on software features, company policies, and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Language Skills: Full fluency or C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (written and spoken), plus at least B2 English skills for internal team coordination and system use.
- Availability: Complete flexibility to work inside a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Work Location: Ability to work on-site at our Lisbon headquarters.
- Work Authorization: EU/EEA citizenship, a valid EU passport,



or an active Portuguese work visa.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication habits, active listening skills, emotional resilience, and a constructive approach to complex problem-solving.

Remuneration Packages

- Gross Monthly Base: €1,262.33 (spread over 12 months)
- Housing: Candidate-arranged living space
- Best Suited For: Local residents or individuals arranging their own housing in Lisbon

- Option B: Relocation Offer (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon)

- Gross Monthly Base: €1,059.00 (spread over 12 months)
- Housing Included: Private room inside a shared company apartment, with basic utility bills fully covered
