The Distribution

Italy team sits at the heart of our commercial growth strategy, supporting sales operations, broker relationships, and business development across the Italian market. Working in a hybrid setup from Milan, the team leverages data, technology, and analytical tools to generate actionable insights that drive performance and inform strategic decisions. As part of this team, you will contribute directly to the effectiveness of our distribution network and to the continuous improvement of our data capabilities.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to support Distribution activities, including timely production of leading KPIs and broker analysis Analyze data across brokers, lines of business, and geographic zones to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and highlight growth, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities Maintain and improve data quality in Salesforce (SFDC) and across connected systems; oversee administration of sales-related data and ensure outputs are clear, relevant, and usable for stakeholders Monitor and support the effective use of SFDC, including data exchange with corresponding systems Support Distribution priorities and strategic initiatives, including business pipeline management and broker performance insights Leverage AI and machine learning — including the creation of AI agents — to enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, and decision-making Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data utility,
