For an international company operating in the industrial sector, Jefferson Wells is looking for a

Corporate Strategy & Business Development Manager The selected candidate will report to the Head of the function and lead a team of professionals, contributing to the development and execution of the Group’s growth strategy through strategic initiatives and corporate transactions at both national and international level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage M&A; transactions and other strategic initiatives, including Joint Ventures, industrial partnerships and special projects.
- Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence activities and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities and strategic trends;
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Develop business plans, financial models and valuation analyses to support investment and strategic decision-making.
- Support the negotiation of transaction agreements and coordinate activities related to regulatory and governmental approval processes.
- Drive and monitor post-merger integration activities,



ensuring the realization of synergies and value creation objectives.
- Prepare strategic analyses, reports and executive presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.

Requirements:

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A;, Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, business planning and company valuation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in international and highly regulated environments.

Location & Compensation Location: Trieste, Italy

Lavoro da remoto: Hybrid working model available.

Compensation Package: Executive-level employment contract ( Quadro ), with a salary range between €80,000 and €100,000 gross annual salary , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
