What’s it like working here?
You are the person who opens Jade's first commercial conversations. You talk to companies that do not know us yet, work out whether we can be useful to them and bring them to the table with us.
The challenge: turning technical concepts into frictionless UI
- Help build the outbound engine from scratch: segments, lists, messaging, sequences, channels.
- Ideate creative outreach angles and experiments to get replies and meetings.
- Help generate qualified pipeline for distribution partnerships and enterprise contracts.
- Strategize potential partnerships: product, affiliation/affiliate, integrations and co-marketing.
- Close deals together with the team,
taking on more autonomy as you find your feet.
- Automate prospecting, data research, personalization and follow up with AI agents.
- Bring back what you hear from the market: objections, requests, ideas. You are the closest person to our customers and that feedback moves the product fastest.
Who are we looking for? We care more about soft skills than hard ones.
- Closer mindset and some outbound commercial experience, even a short stint, with a few numbers you can talk about.
- You enjoy talking to people, and a no does not ruin your day.
The offer
- Compensation of 1,000 euro per month
- On-site location in Bologna, Italy, 5 days a week.
- Immediate start (immediate availability is strongly preferred as this is an urgent hire).
