Responsabilit Key Responsibilities Sales Targets &, Operations Management: Take the lead in developing and breaking down annual order and revenue targets. Drive target achievement, organize regular sales meetings, and conduct sales data analysis and reporting. Pipeline &, Forecast Management: Manage the sales pipeline, major order/revenue support projects, and tiered forecasts. Develop progress reports,



provide risk warnings, and support operational and market decision-making. Sales Project Management: Monitor project initiation, operation, and closed-loop status. Promptly address project risks, coordinate key resources, organize milestone decision-making, and ensure high project success rates. Customer Relationship Tracking: Track and manage key customer relationship actions for NA/NC customers alongside Business Developers and Channel Sales Managers. Process Compliance &, Execution: Promote sales management regulations and refine processes. Manage opportunity metrics to ensure full compliance with the Opportunity-to-Order (OTO) process, contract signing, sales authorization, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) issue resolution.
