Job DescriptionAs the first dedicated engineering hire at Livia, you will architect the foundations of a platform transforming property management. Working closely with the founders, you will build end-to-end features using Next.js and TypeScript, integrating AI to automate complex workflows like document reconciliation and resident communications, directly impacting how thousands of people experience their homes.

What You Will Do
- Develop and ship end-to-end features for both the internal administrative platform and the resident-facing portal using Next.js and TypeScript.

- Design and maintain the core data layer that manages building systems, historical records, and the financial history of managed properties.
