The Opportunity
We’re seeking an accomplished Commerciale for the Center of Italy to join Marco’s team. This role offers the chance to:
- Drive market expansion in the Center of Italy

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (70%)
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
- Prepare and negotiate proposals
- Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%)
- Co-develop and refine market strategies
- Optimize sales tools and processes
- Adapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%)
- Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
- Organize and participate in networking events
- Build relationships with key influencers
- Enhance company reputation in Italy
