Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Greenville HR team,



setting clear priorities and accountability for high-quality delivery.
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, talent, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational priorities.
- Coach managers and employees through complex people matters, applying sound judgment, policy knowledge, and business insight.
- Lead Flight Deck cadences for local HR team, including WOR, MOR, visual management, standard work, and structured problem solving.
- Drive HR process improvements that strengthen execution, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Advance responsible AI adoption in HR through high-value use cases, capability building, and change management for approved tools.
- Use HR data, policy knowledge, and business insight to assess risk, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels to build alignment and deliver HR programs consistently
