Your mission:
In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates.
You will support on HR processes, initiatives on performance, culture & engagement and compliance and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Support the People Business Partner and local managers across core HR processes like people planning, job evaluations and pay changes, gaining hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR activities.
- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including coordination of recruiting processes and internship programs.




- Assist in the delivery of Performance Management processes and selected transformation initiatives.
- Support onboarding and exit processes, helping to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Support training initiatives, benefits administration (medical, transport, wellness) and coordination with external vendors.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, as well as supporting Compliance activities and related trainings.
- Contribute to HR projects and day-to-day People activities at the Milan Headquarter.

Qualifications:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, Management or similar HR-related fields.
- Previous experience in HR through extracurricular internships or similar practical experiences (ideally one or more internships), preferably in a multinational environment.
