YOUR IMPACTAs the Vice President of PWM Sales Management in Continental Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, efficiency, and strategic direction of our sales organization within the region. This position focuses on sales enablement, advisor coaching, business development strategy, and the optimization of sales processes and technology (including CRM and AI-driven workflows). You will partner closely with PWM regional leadership, Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs),



and cross-divisional teams (including Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Technology) to accelerate client acquisition, enhance advisor productivity, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & EnablementDrive Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate asset gathering, client acquisition, and market share expansion across regional offices. CRM & Tool Optimization: Partner with Sales Enablement and Engineering teams to design, implement, and continuously improve CRM workflows, pipeline management tools, and AI-powered prospecting capabilities.
